It’s easy to idolize end results. When we set goals, there is an inherent sense of overburden, and it can be difficult to know where to start. We must dive deep into our reasoning behind a goal and how we plan to best accomplish our heart’s desires. Only by understanding our intentions will we be able to design a course of action.
Learning: How & Why
Dreams can’t make themselves come true. The path to success is filled with barriers we must overcome. The reasoning behind our goals is a steady source of motivation, but our passions are strengthened as we work to make them proud. The methodology, on the other hand, demands adaptation and flexibility. Discovering what is required of us is often the most challenging and most rewarding aspect of striving for great achievement.
Pursuing: How & Why
Our conference aims to reveal the stories behind the accomplishments of great minds. We share ideas worth spreading so we all may be inspired, motivated and filled with determination. We hope that work ethic will be derived from an unselfish understanding of what humankind is able to accomplish. Once we know how and why, we are then able to go and do.
