Goodbye TEDxUTAustin Seniors!

As the semester comes to a close, we want to congratulate everyone on another successful school year! The TEDxUTAustin team continues to reflect on the many ways “How & Why” has left a lasting impact on us all, and we are so excited for what's ahead. But before we all transition into a well-deserved summer break, we would like to take a moment to highlight TEDxUTAustin’s graduating seniors!

First up is Abby Glasberg! After graduating from the College of Natural Sciences with a degree in public health and a certificate in Spanish for medical professions. Post-grad Abby is staying in Austin and working as a patient care technician in the emergency room at St. David’s Hospital. She intends to use this as a gap year and decide between attending PA or medical school. Abby says she looks forward to exploring young adult life outside of West Campus, in Austin!

Aditi Kalla, our TEDxUTAustin President and fearless leader, is graduating from McCombs School of Business with a degree in Finance. After graduation, she is moving to New York to work in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. But before Aditi moves to New York, she plans to travel with friends to Miami, Boston, and Punta Cana!

Our next graduating senior is Anna Ellis. Anna is graduating with a Degree in Government and a minor in Communication Studies. In the fall she is moving to Paris, France to pursue a master’s degree at Sciences Po! There, she intends to further her education in international and political communications. In the meantime, Anna plans on staying in Austin and spending time with her friends and family before she moves.

Our fourth and final graduating senior is Libby Banks. Libby is graduating with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences, a minor in Critical Disability Studies, and a certificate in Pre-Health Professions. After graduation, Libby will be staying in Austin and attending Dell Medical School starting in late June!

As another school year comes to a close, the TEDxUTAustin team would like to take a moment to honor our graduating seniors. Abby, Aditi, Anna, and Libby all have bright futures ahead of them as they embark on new journeys and pursue their dreams. These inspiring individuals have made significant contributions to the TEDxUTAustin organization, and we wish them all the best in their future endeavors. As we look forward to what's ahead, we are grateful for the memories made and the lessons learned during this past year. Congratulations to all the graduates, and cheers to a bright future!
